Key Responsibilities
- Complex Tax Advisory & Compliance
- Lead corporation tax compliance for a diverse portfolio including multinational corporations, listed companies, and complex group structures.
- Provide high-level strategic tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance transactions.
- Manage complex cross-border tax issues including transfer pricing, permanent establishment, and international tax planning.
- Advise on corporate tax implications of commercial arrangements and business models.
- Handle sophisticated tax computations including derivative contracts, loan relationships, and complex group relief scenarios.
- Client Portfolio Management
- Manage relationships with blue-chip clients across sectors including financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, and energy.
- Lead client meetings and presentations at board and C-suite level.
- Coordinate with international tax teams on multinational client matters.
- Provide real-time tax advice on urgent commercial transactions and time-sensitive opportunities.
