What We Look for in a Night Porter:

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Experience in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail are essential.

Your role will include ensuring guest safety and pub/hotel security during the night, handling guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, maintaining room standards, setting up for breakfast, general cleaning, and conducting health and safety checks.
