Reporting to the Client Partner, you will effectively articulate client business objectives, demonstrate how our work aligns with those objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Possess a strong understanding of our everyday Fundamental Tools, implementing changes that improve efficiency and overall success. Examples include: meeting agendas and contact reports, task management, strong communication and organisation.
- Place a priority on acquiring in-depth knowledge of Advanced and Strategic Fundamental Tools. Examples include: client revenue forecasting, client playbooks, Salesforce management, QBR guidance, strategic briefs, learning agendas, account growth plans.
- Provide support to larger accounts, taking ownership of a specific area, and may serve as the client lead for smaller accounts.
- Collaborate with your client lead to achieve growth in existing client net revenue, including activating new products, initiating new projects, and increasing media spending.
Qualifications:
- Highly articulate and comfortable discussing key paid media channels, including social, programmatic, video, and search, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Up-to-date and genuinely interested in AI developments within the media space, particularly how they impact paid media strategies and outcomes.
- Possesses a strong strategic understanding of the media funnel, capable of critically evaluating media plans against defined objectives and identifying areas for optimisation.
- Direct experience running multi-channel and/or multi-market client accounts, showcasing an ability to navigate diverse campaign needs and audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in monitoring client health indicators, such as profitability, growth opportunities, and overall client well-being.
