Location: London or Bristol (with regular travel between both)

We’re looking for a creative, organised Studio Manager to support the smooth running of our landscape architecture studios in London and Bristol. You’ll bring ideas, keep things moving, and help us do things better - from daily admin to shaping how we work.

The role includes:

  • Keeping operations running across both studios
  • Managing HR records, training, compliance (ISO, Living Wage etc)
  • Leading PQQ accreditations (Constructionline, SMAS, Achilles)
  • Supporting B Corp accreditation and working groups
  • Coordinating studio events and socials
  • Regular travel between studios
  • Bid support and visa admin (bonus)

You’ll need:

  • Great organisation and communication
  • A proactive, flexible approach
  • Strong written English
  • Microsoft Office skills (InDesign/Adobe CC a bonus)
