About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Branded Medical Planned to join our Branded Medical Supply Chain team . The primary responsibilities include replenishment duties for a specific range of manufacturers, managing bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers, and other daily tasks that may evolve with business needs. This role involves building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, and ensuring excellent ongoing service while meeting our key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in supply chain, logistics, or replenishment within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or FMCG companies is beneficial but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided. Candidate Attributes Customer-focused and a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, basic formulas). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner. Good time management and task prioritization skills. Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook. Experience with SAP and/or RELEX is a plus. A background in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
