Senior Benefits & Compliance Specialist

**Senior Benefits & Compliance Specialist- Part of HR Function** London Required Language: English AND French or Italian or Spanish Robert Half is partnering with a consultancy firm based in London in the search for a Senior Benefits & Compliance Specialist. The Role: This position will act as a key resource providing support to the firm in the areas of compliance, compensation, benefits, and reporting. This position reports to the Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits and will work closely with legal, payroll and accounting staff, as well as the European Office Directors.Responsibilities: Work with the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits to research and establish appropriate benefit plans for European employeesEnsure benefit plans are clearly outlined and communicated to staff and employees enrolled as appropriate and respond to related questions or issues raised by employeesMaintain administration of all HR benefit and systems on-boarding and off-boarding processes and notify appropriate groups of employment changes Ensure that employee data and deductions are accurately maintained and audited in payrollWork with the Senior Manager of Compensation & Compliance, and the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits to ensure compliance of benefit programsCoordinate and distribute all required materials and communications, and coordinate with third-party vendors to complete necessary compliance testing and filings Support ad hoc compensation projects (i.e. audit, country specific compensation regulations) and research market data for Corporate Services & Consulting positionsIdeal Candidate: Bachelor’s Degree ideal CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience5+ years of experience in a benefits and/or compliance related position; experience in compensation administration/support is a plusExperience with a full range of employee benefits plansKnowledge of benefit laws Experience with ADP WFN or other similar HR information systemExperience in a professional services firm highly desiredExperience working with remote locations desiredAbility to read, speak, and write in French or Italian or Spanish is requiredThe company offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance.
