As our Rock Mineral Wool Product Manager, you will lead the development of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company ambitions and market changes. You will also explore emerging approaches that could benefit the company, seeking inspiration both within and outside the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the rock mineral wool product portfolio, analyze trends, and recommend actions to keep the range competitive and aligned with market needs.
  • Monitor and report performance regularly, suggest and implement improvements to maximize impact.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify customer needs through research, market information, and visits to target customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new products or improve existing ones.
  • Manage NPD projects from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate product launches across teams.
  • Assess post-launch performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Work with marketing to develop strategies that promote RMW insulation over competitors.
  • Attend educational workshops, review publications, and network to stay current.
  • Develop and maintain product-related content with marketing and technical teams.
  • Manage budget responsibilities.
  • Participate in monthly marketing meetings and contribute to reports.

  • Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level Product Management experience.
  • Understanding of the construction industry and building materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and independence, as well as teamwork skills.
