The predicted salary is between 22000 - 30000 £ per year.

28 days annual leave increasing to 33 days with service (including Bank Holidays).

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Mailroom Operative Porter to join our team in London NW1 6AA and play a key role in delivering excellent services on our Fabulous Corporate Client Site.

What you’ll do:

  • Work in the Mail room and take incoming post/parcels, deal with couriers, log, sort and distribute to relevant departments around the site.
  • Record deliveries on the booking in system.
  • Respond to email queries regarding postal room operations and logistical support.
  • Provide logistics support in moving furniture and room set up for meetings/events.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and equipped with the required furniture and supplies (e.g., chairs, tables, AV equipment).
  • Drive between buildings on site to transport mail, packages, and other materials safely and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Basic knowledge of operating IT systems.
  • Organised and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Be willing to undergo a DBS and Credit Reference Check if successful.
