Salaried Partner / Senior Associate - Residential Conveyancing - Wokingham / Reading

Clifton Ingram is currently recruiting for a dynamic and pro-active senior solicitor to join our successful and expanding Residential Conveyancing department to assist with the management of our Wokingham team and to develop and lead our new team in the Reading office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with upwards of ten years PQE, who is looking for the next step in their career with the drive to grow and expand our presence in the South Oxfordshire market

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload of residential files from initial instruction through to matter conclusion (with one to one admin support from an experienced Legal Assistant). In addition, you will play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the firm and department in general.

The Candidate

With demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in residential property conveyancing work, the ideal candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional business development skills and the initiative to work under minimal supervision.

You will be tasked with the ongoing development of client and agent relationships and you will need to undertake active marketing on behalf of the Practice as well as demonstrating business development success.

Leadership and the ability to inspire, mentor and support junior members of the Department is key.
