I am recruiting for a number of Oracle EBS Data Analysts to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to Glasgow, 2 or 3 days a month. The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company.
The client is implementing an identity platform (Identity Security Cloud) while in parallel, the Transformation Programme is migrating away from the current Oracle EBS HR Database to Oracle Fusion. Both the project and the programme require validated, 'clean' HR data for the platforms to function correctly and provide the intended capabilities.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage volume data sets combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure the project scope is delivered to the required timelines and quality.
- You must have proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience in managing large volume data sets within a project team (HR/IT) environment.
- Experience working with Oracle EBS is essential.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (SQL, EXCEL, Tableau, Power BI etc).
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- You will be systems and data literate - confident to translate technical information and large data sets to ensure the HR Service proposition is delivered.
- An understanding of ISC (Identity Security Cloud) or alternative Identity Management solutions is desirable.
