THE COMPANY

Our client is a not-for-profit, charitable social enterprise and leading provider of public sport and leisure facilities based in South East London (SE18).

THE ROLE

As CRM and Communication Assistant, your main focus will be to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for service updates and marketing communications.

You Will Also:

  • Support the CRM and Communications team with key administrative tasks, helping them stay organised and streamline processes
  • Work alongside the CRM and Communication Executive and the Head of CRM and Communication, and contribute to the smooth running of a variety of projects and tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues from teams right across the business

In return, you can expect comprehensive training and development, with clear opportunities for career progression within the organisation. This role is based in South East London (SE18) with flexibility for hybrid working, paying £28k.

About You

To be successful in this CRM and Communication Assistant role, you will need to be a skilled copywriter (particularly long-form) with an eye for detail and a passion for grammar.

You Will Also:

  • Be super organised, love managing tasks and be comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Be a proactive self-starter and quick learner who isn’t afraid to take initiative and manage your own workload
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour (our clients take their work seriously but love a laugh!)
  • Have achieved a minimum of grade A/7 grade in GCSE English
  • Bonus points if you’re a recent English or Journalism grad!
