You’ll be the go-to for all things digital - from daily web management and content updates to bigger picture projects like a full site migration, brand refresh, and UX improvements. The role:
This is a key hire for the client’s Food division. You’ll be leading website content, experience and performance, with a remit to improve customer journeys and drive engagement and ticket sales. Key focus areas include:
- Managing day-to-day website updates, content, landing pages and tagging.
- Owning the user journey and recommending UX improvements.
- Overseeing a website migration and upcoming upgrades.
- Managing stakeholders across marketing, design and IT.
- Working closely with SEO and analytics teams to optimise performance.
- Acting as the go-between for client and agency, balancing internal and external needs.
- Keeping web content on brand, compliant and performance led.
You:
You’re confident owning a website, technically capable, and able to collaborate across departments. This would suit someone from either agency or brand side backgrounds. You’ll need:
- 5+ years experience managing and improving websites.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (similar CMS might be considered).
- Strong technical understanding - basic coding (HTML, CSS, JS) and analytics tools (GA, Adobe).
- A clear grasp of SEO, tagging, UX and web compliance (WCAG, GDPR).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with multiple moving parts.
- Experience in B2B or ticketed events would be a bonus.
