Should have around minimum 13-15 years of experience in Delivery Solution / Technology mindset.
Should have a good experience on backend, frontend, data, devops stack across any technology. Should be able to conceptualise the solution and drive customer conversations for a business problem, with a conceptual architecture, solution, and delivery plan.
Should be aware of the latest trends in the Digital space, e.g., knowledge on SRE, automation testing avenues, predictive analytics, AI, and automation techniques.
Delivery readiness: Should have hands-on experience in managing the identification of talent, either individual or squad-based construct, along with coaching and mentoring of the squad before onboarding.
People management: Should have good people management skills to ensure that each squad member is fully integrated into HCL and the customer.
Career path mentoring along with running the team with a Servant leadership model.
Should have experience integrating people working at customer locations with the parent organisation, including monthly town halls, sprint meet and greets, proficiency upgrades, and upskilling/cross-skilling.
Act as a people leader to build the next generation of digital engineering talent.
Integrate with local Polish agencies for talent enablement and with universities to attract/onboard good engineering talent for the future talent base.
Should have good experience and hands-on knowledge of Agile ways of working and delivery, having delivered transformation programmes end-to-end in either SCRUM/SPOTIFY using KANBAN or STORY POINTS based techniques.
Should have worked with teams to assist in estimation, agile ceremonies formulation, along with the creation of DOD and DOR for each squad.
Experience in identifying potential impediments and focusing on resolutions, with practical hands-on experience in those areas.
DEX: Should be able to challenge the team and customer on delivery execution, scope, timelines, while providing solutions that solve problems. Should be a thinking-on-feet kind of professional.
Operational and finance management experience: Should be responsible for managing P&L for Germany, staying on top of revenue, margin, ARC, and utilisation, along with organisational parameters that are required to be owned, tracked, and taken accountability for.
Should be able to manage sales, delivery, customer, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact accountable for managing end-to-end delivery.
Should have managed at least a minimum of 200 FTE professionals, both onsite and offshore, combined with a revenue of close to 15 to 20M EUR.
Customer stakeholder management: Should have experience managing customer communications, team communications, and ensuring an agile way of working along with impediment management with the team or customer.
Should have agile governance experience with both teams and customers to measure the progress of delivery.
Should work as a team leader and follow a slave leadership model, with experience in that mindset of working.
