To carry out the safe and efficient installation of Portadam systems in line with company standards and client expectations. The role involves preparing equipment, working on-site, and ensuring health and safety compliance at all times. The installer will represent the company professionally, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a high standard of service delivery.
What’s The Role
- Review job packs, risk assessments, and method statements before starting work.
- Conduct vehicle, equipment, and PPE checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Travel to site safely and on time, wearing correct PPE and company uniform.
- Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues on-site.
- Carry out dynamic risk assessments and work in line with all health and safety procedures.
- Deliver works to required standards, timescales, and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment throughout the job.
- Complete job sheets, timesheets, and digital records accurately using company systems (e.g., easyjob).
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly and appropriately.
