We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic HR Administrator to work as part of the HR Support team.
Our HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- The provision of accurate and efficient HR administration and HR support desk query handling to the business, striving to deliver excellent customer service and achieving or exceeding agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Maintaining the HR support desk and review, ensuring a timely response is provided.
- Championing customer service at the forefront of every interaction.
- Managing all aspects of HR administration tasks including DBS checks, new starter and leaver processes, employment contracts, exit interviews, documentation of contractual and internal changes, eg. flexible working, change of hours, line management, holiday calculations, salary reviews and probations etc.
- Assisting in keeping the Company compliant, Rights to work checks, DBS checks.
- Assisting in maintaining the HR system and databases, ensuring they are kept up to date, accurate and comply with relevant legislation.
- Supporting with the monthly payroll process, eg RotaCloud reconciliations, running monthly starter/leaver, salary changes, personal detail changes reports etc.
- Creating templates to automate processes where possible.
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve our ways of working.
- Acting as HR system ‘super user’ to line managers and the wider business.
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when required.
Who We’re Looking For:

Professional Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable navigating HRIS or database systems (training provided)
- Typing accuracy and speed for data entry
- Ability to handle digital filing and document management

- Computer Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with strong typing and digital document management skills. Comfortable learning HRIS/database systems (training provided).
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and active listening skills to support staff and liaise with stakeholders professionally.
- Organisation & Time Management: Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability & Learning: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, embrace feedback, and solve problems efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborative and supportive team player, ready to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive HR environment.
