We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Department at our Support Centre in Leicester. As a Merchandiser, you will maximize sales and profitability in your assigned departments by strategically planning, controlling, and monitoring merchandise from purchase through distribution, always aligning with Watches of Switzerland Group values. You will partner with the Buyer to develop and execute department strategies, manage product ranges to meet sales, stock, profit, and space targets, and lead the trading of all product areas. This includes utilizing the MAP system, fostering strong supplier relationships, and leading and coaching your team. The role also offers opportunities for professional growth and deputizing for senior leadership.
