Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Field Merchandising Manager to oversee in-store merchandising of their Wearables product demos across the EMEA market. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring the client’s physical retail presence enables customers to discover, learn about, and experience their products seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, communicate, execute, and report on merchandising programs across thousands of retail doors.
- Manage all field merchandising components including fixtures, demo units, graphics, and display tech to meet client standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with channel marketing, sales, operations, analytics, external vendors, and retail partners.
- Liaise with 3rd party labour agencies and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Track field execution metrics, analyse demo data, and resolve any in-store compliance issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in retail in-store merchandising (brand or vendor side) within the EMEA region.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of tech retail and consumer electronics (experience with major European retailers).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on transparency.
- Proficient in Excel, data reporting, and building presentations.
- Experience in the optical or tech industry preferred but not essential.
