As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department. You will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
A Little Bit About What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervising a large team of Room Attendants to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and luxury
- Deliver daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIPs and setting daily initiatives
- Enhance your attention to detail, to help drive cleanliness and presentation results
- Develop your communication skills and liaise with other departments in the hotel, helping to deliver smooth service to all guests
- Inspect guest rooms, with a focus in providing unique and magic moments for our guests
- Coaching Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to enhance quality of their work
Qualifications:
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
