Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Content and Communications, you will play a key role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring all written materials align with business objectives and brand voice.

Your focus will include creating high-quality content that attracts new clients, engages existing ones, and strengthens our online presence. Working closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Digital teams, you will develop content plans, conduct keyword research, and bring creative ideas to life in WorkNest's collaborative, fast-paced environment, where your expertise and input will be truly valued.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Writer with a solid track record in creating engaging, high-quality content for B2B audiences. Experience in writing about employment law, HR or compliance-related topics would be a real advantage.

You should have at least four years of experience in SEO content writing, be confident about working with external technical SEO agencies, and have a strong understanding of keyword research, content optimisation, and SEO best practices.

In this role, you will write and edit compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, web pages, product descriptions, and social media. You will conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO best practices, update and refresh underperforming content to boost performance, and collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is essential, along with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Storyblok is a plus!
