About the role

At Lindsay & Gilmour, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. Our team works collaboratively with each other and with other healthcare providers, to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will be a key part of the pharmacy team, working across the healthcare area and dispensary, to meet patients’ needs. Your focus each day will be to deliver a great service to our patients, through holding conversations tailored to the individual needs of each patient and delivering on the operational requirements of the position.

Job Description

  • Accurately dispensing prescription medications to patients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Delivering exceptional standards through operational compliance to ensure efficiency and maximise profitability.
  • Managing stock, including ordering, date checking, and organizing medications.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote our services.

What you’ll need to have.

  • Experience of working with customers and be willing to complete an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using different IT systems.
