Role Overview: We are looking for motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Agents to expand our market reach across India. As a sales agent, you will work on a commission basis to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales in your designated region or sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries (FMCG, Food & Beverages, Pharma, Agriculture, etc.)
  • Promote our range of flexible packaging products and solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
  • Report sales activity and market trends to the company regularly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or plastics
  • Strong existing network in relevant sectors
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Knowledge of local markets and language is a plus
