About The Role
Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the premium lounges, cafés, bars, and restaurants across the terminal. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing the F&B team, including training, appraisals, and colleague development.
- Managing the rostering of the F&B team.
- Handling F&B Profit and Loss.
- Controlling stock across services.
- Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting business needs as required.
- Working flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the airport operates 24/7.
Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
We’re looking for candidates who can answer yes to the following requirements:
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, Café) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
- Experience working with KPIs and within budgets.
