As a Business Consultant, you will be focused on client satisfaction and provide support to the Client Director in monitoring our client engagements. You will act as a liaison between the project team and key stakeholders, and our Senior Leadership Team, and contribute to the overall strategy of the business by consistently supporting and demonstrating our values. A collaborative, flexible approach is at the heart of what we do, and you will have to adapt to various projects and client needs. There is currently an exciting opportunity to go straight onto client work as a Cloud Training Lead, and you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering cloud training programs and ensure the client’s staff gain a solid understanding of cloud technologies, tools, and best practices. The Cloud Training Lead promotes and supports training pathways, mentors and engages staff to access effective training materials, and aligns with the organisation’s cloud strategies and objectives.
