Our Belvedere depot requires an experienced Parts Sales Advisor. The role will include serving customers on the front counter and offering a professional service supplying parts to customers over the phone. The successful applicant would have a positive demeanour, work well as a member of a successful team, be comfortable talking to customers and ideally have a background in the motor industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge ADP would be advantageous but not crucial, however you will need to be computer literate and be comfortable with MS Office products.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- To organise and co-ordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and inter-department requirements
- To maximise sales volumes and margins
- To accurately identify customer parts requirements
- To maintain parts stock and stock records
- To process parts orders efficiently
- To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- To contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- To promote parts and accessory sales
- Team working and communication with other departments
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience within a similar parts sales position
- Current experience within a main dealership or motor factor is required
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is an advantage
- You must be a good communicator and have great customer satisfaction skills
- You must be organised and efficient
- You must have a full manual driving licence
