An award-winning Top 100 Law Firm is currently looking for a CRM Data Steward to join their team in London for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM Manager to provide quality customer relationship management support to the firm. This role will report to the CRM Manager.
The Responsibilities:
- Improve data quality through research, updates, and using data quality tools in InterAction.
- Process data changes and ensure system updates are completed accurately.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
- Assist with data extraction and report compilation.
- Support the CRM Manager with training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for CRM-related queries.
- Maintain and develop the integrity of the CRM system.
The Candidate:
- Experience in the professional services industry is preferred, especially in legal, but not essential.
- CRM database experience is advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Please note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
