Support the planning, operations, and compliance of building facilities, including ACMV systems, to ensure service excellence, safety, and regulatory adherence.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including ACMV and civil works
- Plan and manage building projects, upgrades, and lifecycle replacements
- Monitor specialist vendors' performance to ensure contract compliance and KPI fulfilment
- Assist in contract drafting, evaluation, execution, and ensure audit and policy compliance
- Provide technical support on facilities matters and lead incident investigations as needed
- Ensure fire safety, Green Mark, and other statutory requirements are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, maintenance records, and authority submissions
- Develop and review SOPs and checklists aligned with cluster and industry best practices
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to manage risks in contract and procurement processes
- Support training and capability development of the Building Trade and site teams
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)/ Facilities Management or related studies
- 4 - 6 years of similar experience, preferably in healthcare or complex institutional environments
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, vendor and contract management
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance frameworks in facilities operations
- Experience participating in or overseeing annual shutdown activities
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for facilities systems, including handling of power trips
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and engineering drawings
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
