Support the planning, operations, and compliance of building facilities, including ACMV systems, to ensure service excellence, safety, and regulatory adherence.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including ACMV and civil works
  • Plan and manage building projects, upgrades, and lifecycle replacements
  • Monitor specialist vendors' performance to ensure contract compliance and KPI fulfilment
  • Assist in contract drafting, evaluation, execution, and ensure audit and policy compliance
  • Provide technical support on facilities matters and lead incident investigations as needed
  • Ensure fire safety, Green Mark, and other statutory requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, maintenance records, and authority submissions
  • Develop and review SOPs and checklists aligned with cluster and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to manage risks in contract and procurement processes
  • Support training and capability development of the Building Trade and site teams

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)/ Facilities Management or related studies
  • 4 - 6 years of similar experience, preferably in healthcare or complex institutional environments
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, vendor and contract management
  • Familiar with regulatory and compliance frameworks in facilities operations
  • Experience participating in or overseeing annual shutdown activities
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for facilities systems, including handling of power trips
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and engineering drawings
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
