We are recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical organisation that is expanding its Direct Procurement team. As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and deliver value across high impact spend categories, including Capex, Engineering, and MRO. Your Responsibilities!
- Direct Procurement Leadership: Lead procurement strategy and project delivery across numerous category business units such as Capex, Engineering, and MRO, ensuring effective sourcing and robust supplier engagement.
- Spend Management & Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sourcing initiatives and optimise regional spend using tools such as Sourcing Cards, MSAs, and FSAs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align procurement strategies with business needs through cross-functional collaboration and proactive planning.
- Supplier & Risk Management: Oversee supplier performance, manage commercial negotiations, and mitigate risks in line with governance and compliance standards.
