Salary: £25,500 for Manchester PLUS bonus or £23,500 for Ripponden (guaranteed bonus of £1,000 per month for the first 3 months!) OTE £50,000 - £60,000

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company. The specific candidate has to be an individual who possesses strong self-management skills, is driven by financial goals, consistently meets or exceeds expectations, willingly puts in extra effort when needed, and values autonomy in their work environment.

As a member of the team, you’ll be at the forefront of recognizing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions across multiple products and propositions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
  • Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Clear experience of outbound lead generation/telesales.
