This is an exciting opportunity to work within our data quality team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. Please note the successful candidate can be based in Belfast or Bristol, and this role is a 9-month position.
In this role, you will:
- Complete the implementation of remediation/action planning and embed best practices in all areas
- Complete monthly reporting activity, along with Credit Data Quality, Review and Issue Management
- Support the Data Quality Manager in the production of key results
- Support the on-going maintenance of high standards of data quality in the Everyday Banking, including monthly/periodic reporting, reconciliations and requests for data extracts
- Support the delivery of key regulatory reporting, and support and engage with wider Products & Solutions results
What will make you stand out?
- Excellent computing skills particularly in relation to Excel
- Experience in use of VBA and Macro development
- Solutions based experience in MI capability, designing and delivering solutions to meet business needs
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data flows in end to end processes and understand how they relate to the business
- Practical experience interrogating source data systems and exposure systems information to facilitate root cause analysis
- Previous experience in an information or data quality role

The Products & Solutions team exists to design, develop and maintain market leading products that meet the everyday banking needs of personal and business customers within Everyday Banking NI. Working within the supporting Business Capital Oversight & Data Quality Team, the Information Quality Analyst will assist in the maintenance and delivery of key results for Data Quality. Supporting the Information Quality Manager, the analyst will be instrumental in driving a culture of efficiency and providing support to our wider team as our business continues to grow. This is a multifaceted and dynamic role, offering an excellent development opportunity for anyone wishing to build on their data analytical skills.
