Support to Win.tv is a hosted telephony support service from Train to Win.tv, the leading telecoms training company for the channel. We leverage decades of expertise in training and development, combined with an in-depth knowledge of market platforms, to offer a truly differentiated support service. We provide fully managed services to industry Service Providers, handling all non-commercially impacting change requests by end users. This includes Moves, Adds, Changes, and Service Provisioning.
The Provisioning Coordinator works within the Service Delivery team, focusing on order provisioning and supporting support teams. The primary responsibility is to process new orders and manage adds, moves, and changes on existing accounts. Provisioning involves managing the entire order lifecycle from start to finish. The Provisioning Coordinator will oversee orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, maintaining clear communication between all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end order provisioning
- Process new orders and implement adds, moves, and changes
- Handle provisioning for PSTN, connectivity, hosted, and SIP telephony
- Coordinate logistics with Suppliers, Channel Partners, and End Users
- Ensure efficient and timely activities across teams
- Maintain high-quality service delivery
