What you’ll do: We provide clients across all our service lines with a dedicated Conveyancing team, backed by cutting-edge case management technology, allowing us to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will work with the wider team to provide businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions. In this role, you’ll:

• Be part of a market-leading New Homes Conveyancing team.
• Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
• Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
• Undertake and oversee tasks such as reviewing key documentation, managing completion, and resolving client due diligence issues.
• Drive each transaction forward, understanding each client's specific requirements and intricacies of their instructions.
• Ensure quality service and compliance for all matters.
• Work closely with the wider team, including assistant-level resources, to guarantee excellent service.

What we’re looking for: We seek experienced, enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Conveyancers. We will support your career development through ongoing, comprehensive training. For this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a successful Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer in a New Homes environment.
• Experience managing a busy caseload from start to finish.
