Aesthetician / Skin therapist / Aesthetic practitioner / Beauty therapist (NVQ level 4)

We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our tight-knit team. Duties of your role will include; providing excellent 5-star service and care to all of our patients, consulting with patients about their needs and expectations, performing treatments, you will be responsible for documenting accurate and timely treatment notes as well as price quoting, providing consent forms, pre and post-procedure protocol and discussing treatments in detail.

Treatments to be provided include facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser and LED-therapy. There is no scope for performing injectables.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who will happily put their hand to anything. Additional tasks are a significant part of this role which include reception cover (making bookings, taking payment and assisting with queries), processing deliveries and returns, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic & general administrative duties.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following key qualities:

• Level 4 NVQ and above preferred.

• Spa background beneficial

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google & Gmail

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organisational skills

• HydraFacial & Pabau experience is not required but highly beneficial

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

• The ability to be flexible around working days/times

The salary is 12 GBP per hour with a generous commission & bonus structure.

This position will be part-time (we will agree on the days on the week as there is some flexiblity) and there will be some Saturdays required. Hours and days can be negotiated for the right candidate. We are flexible with the start date.
