The Windows Infrastructure Engineer III is part of the Endpoint Management team which sits within our Technology division. This team is responsible for overseeing and securing all devices that connect to our network with key responsibilities including:
- Device management
- Security policies
- Software updates & patching
- Access control
- Collaborating closely with Field Services and other cross-functional teams
In this role, you will:
- Endpoint Management: Own the lifecycle management of all Windows endpoints across the enterprise.
- Intune Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Intune and Entra-based policies for configuration, compliance, and security.
- Patching Strategy: Lead patching strategy and execution to ensure devices remain secure and up to date.
- Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap and drive adoption of modern endpoint management practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows configuration, enrollment, and policy enforcement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams to align device policy with organizational goals.
- Monitoring: Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and telemetry data to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and direction to junior engineers and support staff.
- Evaluation: Evaluate new tools, features, and technologies to continuously improve the endpoint ecosystem.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Year of Experience: 4+ years of experience in Endpoint/Intune Engineering or Systems Administration, preferably cloud-based.
- Technical Experience: Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune (Configuration Policy + Endpoint Security/Application Packaging/Remediations and Platform Scripts), Advanced PowerShell knowledge & advanced ability in scripting and automation, Experience in cloud-based technology with Azure experience being highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to track trends, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining clear IT documentation.
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex topics to any audience.

- Mobile Device Management (MDM) in Intune (iOS + Android), BYOD, etc.
- AutoPilot provisioning.
- Microsoft Graph (or other) API.
- Intune SCEP/NDES understanding and/or deployment.
- GitHub repository management experience.
