Are you a skilled HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a proactive and confident Senior HR Advisor to support the senior team in delivering a comprehensive and effective HR service across the business. You will be a key player in driving best practices and providing first-line advice on a broad range of HR and payroll matters, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on all areas of HR administration and employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and coordinate pre-employment checks.
  • Administer new starter onboarding, induction processes and exit interviews.
  • Support payroll administration including starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
  • Advise and assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including preparing documentation and attending meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with policies around flexible working, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory requirements.
  • Contribute to training and development, succession planning and broader HR projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it), or a minimum of 3 years' HR experience in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and current employment legislation.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide managers.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary: A great salary from 30,000 to 35,000 per annum with potential for career progression. This is a FULL-TIME PAYE career with a pathway for progression, NOT a temporary contract.
