POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused Endpoint Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, device and application management, and Windows endpoint configuration. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering modern endpoint management solutions for our clients, aligning technical architecture with business outcomes across Microsoft 365 and cloud ecosystems. You will work closely with project teams and clients to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable identity solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design and implementation of Endpoint Management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Provide strategic consultancy and technical guidance to clients on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) recommended practices
- Architect and document scalable solutions for Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and compliance
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, including IT and security teams, to align technology with business requirements
- Deliver workshops, presentations, and technical deep-dives to drive understanding and adoption of modern management technologies
- Automate and streamline configuration, deployment, and reporting processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Conduct assessments of legacy environments and guide migrations to cloud-native endpoint management platforms
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Support the development of technical project plans and participate in change advisory processes
- Ensure alignment with security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) and adherence to governance frameworks
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and Windows 11 deployment strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including conditional access, identity protection, and device registration
- Expertise in scripting with PowerShell and automation using Microsoft Graph API
- Hands-on experience with endpoint analytics, Windows Autopatch, compliance policies, and reporting
- Expert understanding of endpoint security integration, Defender for Endpoint, and device compliance policies
- Familiarity with legacy infrastructure technologies and migration paths (e.g. Group Policy, Configuration Manager)
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent (preferred)
- Application Packaging skills (desirable)
- On-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies including Virtualisation, VDI, storage, firewalls, AV + Threat Protection, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, backup solutions
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
