Job Scope: Utilize analytic tools and expertise to design, develop, and maintain effective visualizations and models that support strategic planning and initiatives. Responsible to enhance organizational performance, forecast future demand, and drive progress toward improving population health outcomes and impact. Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies, approaches, and methodologies for deriving insights from population health data, conducting analytics, and evaluating results. Create routine reports and operational dashboards to monitor key population health metrics. Work closely with relevant stakeholders and ministry to gather and share data, providing both micro and macro-level insights to aid in strategic planning. Identify new datasets that are critical for monitoring and evaluating population health programs, and incorporate them into the data management strategy and roadmap. Conduct data analysis and identify trends, highlighting areas that may require attention when necessary. Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of regular reports.

Job Requirements: A Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics or equivalent. Candidate with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health or Business Administration is at advantage. At least 5 years of working experience in planning and data analytics environment. Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques. Proficient in 1 or more of statistical software such as Tableau, R, OBIEE, Python, SQL, H2O Flow, Flexsim, Microsoft Excel (advanced) etc. Good in strategic planning.
