We are looking for a Trainee Tailor at our Hackett Savile Row Store to create a memorable brand experience for our customers. The Tailor will assist the Store Manager and will be responsible for carrying out an accurate record of all orders and production.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Customer experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values. Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail.
  • Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop operations: Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the Store, oversee all the production timelines.
  • Bespoke: Work closely with the Tailor Coordinator in different strategic projects for the brand. Report to the Head of Tailoring any matter regarding the bespoke department.
  • Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, other languages would be a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • Experience in managing bespoke customer databases.
  • Experience in client management and clienteling.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communication skills.
  • Helpful and kind person, great attitude, enthusiastic, and able to connect with customers.
