We are working for a leading TM firm within London and South East. They are seeking to bring in new team members as they look to expand their abilities. We specialise in helping TM and Highways Operatives to find new challenges, and we have arguably the widest network of clients within Traffic Management and Highways contracting.
Your new role
You will be tasked with operating your IPV Vehicle and be asked to, when required, be available for night and overtime work. You'll be largely tasked with installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management materials such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment. Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will already possess experience of operating an IPV vehicle and will have already worked on 12A/B - as well as assisting on low speed projects when required.
What you'll get in return
You'll be working as part of a close-knit team, working closely with the Director, who is highly supportive. Both the Director and Ops Manager began at the IPV foreman level, so they can offer support, and they stand as testament that you can progress fast within the team. Our clients pay well and can be flexible dependent on experience. As well as basic salary, you'll be afforded extra pay for overtime, you'll be provided with a company vehicle, and full compensation for travel will be taken care of.
