Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hr; £13.66/hr inside M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hr applies between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may vary by location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly, with options for 12 hours if preferred. We will schedule your shifts within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
