With over 100 recruiters across 4 continents, they recruit top legal professionals for prestigious law firms and international companies.
Our client is looking for professional and driven graduates to join their research team in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work alongside senior consultants to identify, screen, interview, and present qualified lawyers. This role offers significant career development potential, with opportunities to advance to Senior Consultant within a few years.
Responsibilities of an Executive Search Researcher include:
- Identify and acquire qualified candidates using various recruiting tools, cold calling, networking, and research skills.
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths against client requirements through screening and interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates and terms with candidates, securing commitments for current and future roles.
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
- Manage advertising of roles.
