We require a Transformation Programme Manager to join a leading global business service provider specialising in modular space and portable accommodation and storage solutions, serving a diverse customer base. The group operates in multiple countries through Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
The role will act as the strategic interface between the company's leadership, the Transformation Office, and external consulting partners to ensure the successful design and integration of a future-fit operating model. The role will play a pivotal part in aligning the various workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring the business becomes an intelligent customer and owner of its future state. By pre-empting requirements, driving coherent design decisions, and embedding governance, the role will help shape and sequence a fit-for-purpose organisation that delivers sustained performance and value.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a Transformation Programme Manager, Transformation Consultant or similar role
- Proven experience in programme or workstream management within large-scale transformation environments
- Experience working alongside external consultancies or in consulting roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in operating model design and implementation
- Ability to translate abstract strategy into tangible design activities and outcomes
