To further enhance our capacity in the UK and globally, we are looking for the travel industry’s best people with experience in organising complex itineraries with high-end service.
- Coordinate, handle, and assist on high-end client bookings from clients based globally.
- Take responsibility for trip finances and costings and have full control over projects from start to finish.
- Conduct independent research into private and group travel, working with the team to procure the best options.
- Produce and file important documentation pertaining to bookings, including timelines, checklists, contracts, travel details, and more.
- Use industry knowledge to work with the team effectively.
- Ensure our relationships are well maintained, with both clients and suppliers.
- Exercise a high degree of resourcefulness and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of experience at a small to medium sized luxury travel agency tailoring complex and sophisticated bespoke travel itineraries, including personal responsibility for trip finances and control.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations.
- Good client relations skills and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team at a high level.
- Driven, proactive, and structured.
- High level of attention to detail and service delivery.
- Enjoy working on multiple diverse projects independently and with the team.
- Good values and attitude.
- University degree.
