Days: Monday – Friday (Remote on Fridays)

Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneur in the tech industry. Your duties will involve complex diary management using Outlook, inbox management and gatekeeping, the coordination of internal and external communications and general administrative support as required with discretion and attention to detail.

Working alongside his Private PA, you will act as a right hand to the Entrepreneur, anticipating their needs and ensuring all daily operations run smoothly. This is a senior-level support role requiring absolute discretion, a calm and composed demeanour, and flawless organisational skills. You must have worked at C-Suite level in a similar industry and have the flexibility to work outside of office hours when required, especially when the CEO is travelling to ensure a smooth trip.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have 10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Have a valid passport
