Our client, one of the world's largest executive search firms with over 30 years of experience and 70 offices in 40 countries, is seeking three Graduate Researchers to join their team in London. The firm advises influential organizations on leadership positioning across various industries including Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure, and Financial Services.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants in preparing client presentations.
  • Attend client meetings to support brief construction.
  • Identify top candidate profiles and assess their fit against client briefs.
  • Build candidate shortlists.
  • Organize candidate interviews and manage related documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and meeting organization.

Candidate Profile:
