Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt syllabi.
- Work with Digital Learning Team to create materials and formats for blended and hybrid course delivery models.
- Develop course materials.
- Coordinate courseware and curriculum with the academic department chair or designated graduate program coordinator, including reviewing textbook and courseware changes.
- Facilitate hybrid course and class instruction, teaching the assigned class according to learning objectives and session plans specified by Muhlenberg College.
- Evaluate student performance based on course deliverables and rubrics.
- Participate in faculty planning meetings and provide leadership within the course and overall graduate programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required; Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred.
- Relevant professional experience in academia.
