We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our manufacturing team in Redditch as a Rolling Mill Setter / Operator. This is a full-time, on-site position within a busy factory environment, offering comprehensive training for a long-term career.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Setting and operating various machinery, primarily focusing on the rolling mill.
- Utilising sheeting and slitting (shearing) machines.
- Loading furnaces.
- Requires a high attention to detail and a steady, calm demeanor.
