Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Review & Extra Care Team based in Salford

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will provide a person-centred statutory social work service for vulnerable adults and their carers, adhering to local and national policies. You will support and engage in integrated, multidisciplinary work to deliver coordinated care. Collaboration with partners will be essential to safeguard service users through effective risk management, information sharing, and accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will use a strengths-based approach for individualized support planning to meet people’s needs effectively.

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
