A leading tech & data company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role based either in Peterborough or London (whichever is preferred), with 10 days per month onsite and the rest from home.

Tech stack within team includes: .NET, MongoDB, AWS SNS, AWS SNS SMS, Gitlab, React.

Responsibilities:

  • Align team efforts with strategic objectives and set clear goals.
  • Monitor team performance and encourage continuous learning.
  • Engage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to foster a learning culture.
  • Integrate robust security practices into the development lifecycle, manage technical debt, and balance immediate project needs with long-term system health and maintainability.
