A leading tech & data company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role based either in Peterborough or London (whichever is preferred), with 10 days per month onsite and the rest from home.
Tech stack within team includes: .NET, MongoDB, AWS SNS, AWS SNS SMS, Gitlab, React.
Responsibilities:
- Align team efforts with strategic objectives and set clear goals.
- Monitor team performance and encourage continuous learning.
- Engage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to foster a learning culture.
