Join our Team as a Senior Panel Wireperson
Location: Eltek House, Oundle, Peterborough
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/ week)

Do you have expertise in wiring and a passion for automation? Eltek is looking for a committed Senior Wireperson to become a key part of our team.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting the Workshop Manager and team to assemble metal enclosures and wire electrical components.
- Executing precise wiring tasks for control systems projects in the snack industry.
- Travel internationally, predominantly assisting and overseeing your projects around the world (around 30% of your working year).
- Assembling of stainless and mild steel enclosures.
- Laying out chassis plates using measuring tape, ruler, drills, taps and rivets.
- Wiring electrical components to specified drawings using stripping and crimping tools.
- Travel within UK and abroad on the requirements of Projects.
What you bring
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering – City and Guilds.
- Experience in Electrical wiring.
- Ability to build metal panels and enclosures to a high quality standard, in line with deadlines and complying with industry and customer standards and regulations.
