The tech evangelist, driving efficiency and value for Commerce customers. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and Commerce SME for our customers. Your mission is to drive customer engagement, product adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy, aligned with joint focus areas and objectives. You will take a consultative approach to ongoing customer product enablement, addressing skill gaps and advising on best practices and solutions that meet customers’ desired outcomes, through existing or new products and capabilities. This role requires fluency in German, as the portfolio will primarily consist of DACH customers.

Key priorities include:

  • Providing an outstanding experience to Coveo’s enterprise Commerce customers during the sales process and transition to the CS team.
  • Enhancing customers’ understanding through enablement sessions on new and existing features, translating complex concepts into simple solutions.
  • Acting as the Domain Expert in Commerce and Search, establishing high confidence in your expertise and the Coveo solutions.
  • Using appropriate language tailored to stakeholders, from non-technical Business Users to Technical Audiences (CIOs, CTOs).
  • Advocating for customer needs within the organization.
  • Serving as the primary contact, coordinating with all departments to understand customer goals and ensure quality in product configuration during implementation.
